Keeping your information secure is a
top priority for QAHomes. We protect your
personal information by maintaining physical, electronic and
procedural
safeguards that meet or exceed applicable law.
Information we collect comes from the
following sources:
- Information we receive from you on
your application or other forms, such
as your name, address, social security number, assets and
income.
- Information about you from third
parties such as personal, credit and
occupational references.
- Information from consumer reporting
agencies, such as your credit bureau
report and other information relating to your creditworthiness.
Affiliates and Nonaffiliated Third Parties
To Whom We May Disclose Personal
Information:
- Mortgage or Loan companies for the
purpose of obtaining a mortgage for
you.
- Credit Cleanup organization for the
purpose of helping you improve your
credit scores.
While your information is necessary
for us to make decisions in regards to
obtaining a house for you, our most important asset is our
tenant’s trust.
Keeping tenant information secure, and using it only as our
tenants would want
us to, is a top priority for UDS. Here, then, is our promise
to our tenants:
- We will safeguard, according to
strict standards of security and
confidentiality, any information our clients share with
us.
- We will limit the collection and
use of client information to the minimum
required in order to deliver superior service, which includes
advising
prospective and current tenants about improving their credit
and obtaining
a mortgage.
- We will permit only authorized employees,
who are trained in the proper
handling of tenant information, to have access to that information.
- We will not reveal client information
to any external organization unless
we have previously informed the client, and have been authorized
by the
client, or are required by law.
- For purposes of credit reporting,
verification and risk management, we will
exchange information about our client only with reputable
reference
sources.
